Those for which a vote is required include a space to record a vote, but these are for your record only; your actual vote will be requested at the meeting. There is no need for you to return a vote using these documents.

Anyone wishing to attend the meeting via Zoom, or make any comments about the matters for discussion and agreement, should complete the registration form here, no later than Sunday 17 October. Do not complete the form if you do not wish to attend, have no comments to make about any of the agenda items, and do not wish to raise any other matter with the committee.
Those wishing to attend the meeting will be sent a link to it no later than 24 hours before it is due to start.
