As last year, we challenge you this year to keep your fitness up over the festive period by getting out and running lots of MapRuns. The target for a chocolatey prize this year is 10 runs – inflation going on here as in the world at large! You can run any of our courses, of any variety, and you can also do those in neighbouring patches, provided they require a reasonable amount of effort to complete. This year, however, the micro courses only count 0.25 of a run, so you’ve to do 4 in one session to get a point.
The challenge window is Thursday 16 December to Wednesday 5 January, so plenty of time to get 10 runs in.
