I would remind all runners how important it is to download your dibber after finishing. This can avoid sending out search parties unnecessarily.
It appears from Routegadget that one or two people, at least, chose route options which took them along a section of road marked Out of Bounds. Although the rules are vague in this context, in the spirit of things running along a narrow verge next to an uncrossable fence is perhaps pushing the boundaries of the OOB rule somewhat, where the constraint is clearly designed for safety reasons, and in fact there was little to be gained by taking that route. No one has been disqualified, and perhaps for the avoidance of doubt some block OOB hatching could be added, but in a rural context, on a narrow country lane, the verge should really be considered part of the road!
