Formal notice of the NGOC AGM was sent out by the Club Secretary via e-mail to all members on 31 August. Those members who have completed the online registration form will soon receive an e-mail containing the links necessary to allow them to join the meeting.
All the documents relating to the AGM are now available in the “Club & Committee documents” section of the “Reference” page of the NGOC website and via the following links: Agenda, The Accounts, Committee Reports, Event Accounts, and notification of a proposed amendment to the Club Constitution.
It would be helpful if club members could read the reports, accounts and proposals posted on the website and advise any comments to the Secretary beforehand, however, if necessary, points can be raised by members during the AGM.
