The AGM is due to take place on Monday 21st October, as follows:
Venue: Down Hatherley Village Hall, Down Hatherley Lane, Down Hatherley, GL2 9QB. Full details for the hall are on the hall website at http://downhatherleyvillagehall.org.uk/
Time: 7.15pm for pre-meeting buffet. Please advise me (NGOC Secretary) of any dietary requirements. Meeting proper starts at 7.45pm. Expected finish is 9pm.
