Based at the Imjin Barracks sports club, this course does not venture nto the barracks, but does cover the surrounding residential areas, including some new or half built ones. So be aware that in places the map might not reflect what you now find on then ground. The controls and routes, however, should be fine - it's new stuff that will be appearing. There are one or two grass footpaths, but generally going is dry and hard surfaced.
Please note that this course requires MapRun v7 - just called MapRun - to be installed on your phone. If you have an earlier version - MapRunF or MapRun6 - uninstall it and install MapRun, which is the current version(7).
