This course explores the Herefordshire town of Leominster, staying wholly within the town. There are areas of grass and parkland that are not lit after dark, but the terrain is suitable for road shoes all year round.
Note – the A44 is the main road to Mid-Wales and can be busy. Please allow yourself time to cross safely and do not take risks. Some of the pavements are narrow and bounded by tall walls/buildings, be alert to other pedestrians and oncoming over-hanging vehicles when approaching blind corners.
