Our series of late Summer MapRuns is now published. We have a mix of venues, some largely urban, some semi-rural. These are ideal races for people looking for pleasant early evening running, or getting fit for more serious orienteering and other races towards the Autumn. As usual, the format is simple; you have 60 minutes to collect as many points as possible by visiting checkpoints of varying value. So picking a route that you can do in the time allowed whilst visiting as many high scoring controls as you can is key.
