We have published results from Wednesday’s MapRun in Caldicot, and you can find them on the Results page. There is one more race to go – Cheltenham on Thursday 21 December – so try and make that to improve your various handicap scores. Richard Cronin just needs one more full house to get a perfect score on the overall points competition, and has an unassailable lead in the Efficiency race, but is behind several runners, lead by Andy Creber, in the Age Handicap competition.
We will be putting together the 2024 MapRun programme shortly, and are looking for people to step up to organising one. It’s very straightforward to do, you don’t have to be an expert with MapRun, and it’s good fun exploring your locality and updating Open Street Map, yourself or by letting us know of errors and omissions in the local roads and footpaths.
