Now that the evenings are light, our summer series of MapRuns can begin!
First up is a trip to Innsworth this Thursday, 7 April. Sign-up is open on Fabian4 until Tuesday 5 April (note that this is a day earlier than recent MapRuns). Pre-entry is strongly encouraged: there’ll only be a limited number of extra maps on the day.
Summer calendar
The rest of the summer calendar is now available: we currently have 9 events scheduled across Gloucestershire (plus a potential tenth in late August/early September). Thanks to everyone who has offered to set an event – it’s only through your work that we’re able to keep such an active series going.
MapRun League
This summer we’ll be experimenting with an informal League system, based on runners’ top 5 scores across the series (using a similar scoring system to the Western Night League). We’ll set up some tables after a couple of events have been held.
